Innovative young designers from the 2013 Higher School Certificate Design and Technology course exhibit their works in the annual designTECH exhibition. The innovation within the Design & Technology course is demonstrated by a selection of the state’s outstanding Major Design Projects.
Like the emerging designer competition at the Design Exchange in Toronto, designTECH offers young designers a chance to showcase their work. A celebration of new talent and innovation that links the worlds of design and technology.
What? 'Cabinetmakers - Storage'

Design Museum Denmark presents 42 furniture-makers who give their interpretation of the future shaping of private storage in the exhibition “Storage”. The Cabinetmakers Exhibition is a non-commercial association of currently 76 furniture manufacturers and designers who stage an annual collaborative event to renew and enrich Danish furniture culture.
Denmark is famous for it's history of iconic furniture design. It's all too easy to highlight triumphs of the past and not continue to create great new designs. This exhibition is dedicated to showcasing exciting contemporary furniture design and the annual autumn exhibition has been extended until June so don't miss one last chance to see it!

The Vitra Design Museum showcases the largest solo exhibition on Konstantin Grcic and his work to date. Grcic is one of the most influential designers of our time, his works combining an industrial aesthetic with experimental, artistic elements.
This retrospective does more than simply present the most famous works of the designer. It takes sketches, prototypes and mock-up designs, enabling the viewer to gain an insight into the designer's creative process. It also gives detailed information on how Grcic developed into being the influential designer he is, a varied career that acts as inspiration to many aspiring designers.
